Spread Bega Butter on your sliced bread, flip the bread over and spread Bega Cream Cheese on the inside finish with 2 slices of the Bega Super Slices and second piece of bread.
Warm a flat non stick fry pan over a medium heat, place a small handful of Bega Natural Tasty Cheese on the fry pan, let it melt for 20-30 seconds then place the sandwich on top of the cheese, press down slightly.
Let the cheese brown for 2 minutes, using a spatula slide underneath the melted cheese and flip the sandwich over, toast the other side for 1-2 minutes until its golden brown.
Season with a little salt and pepper before serving the sandwich warm.
When experimenting with toasted sandwiches don’t be afraid to mix and match cheeses. Generally, you want a full flavoured cheese like cheddar for punch and a milder cheese like cream cheese to keep it creamy and cheesy inside.
